Terms of Service
You must consult me before printing or using the artwork and clearly inform me of the purpose of the printing or use.I can post the commissioned arts on my portfolio or my social accounts. If you want me to keep it private, you have to inform me. There will be 15% of private fee.Deadline > 2 months.+80% of the price per add character.+30% max for details, depends on their level.Before you confirm that you are satisfied with the draft, I edit everything for free. After that, +$5 per edit (might include several changes).If the draft does not suit your request and can't be fixed, you can change your brief with $8 fee. After the draft stage, no more brief change.While I'm working on the draft, you can cancel the commission, I will refund according to the drawing situation. If you cancel the commission after paying for the draft, I'll refund 20% of the full invoice, which mean I keep 30%. After this step, you can't ask me to refund. In case of force majeure where the commission must be halted, I will also refund you 30%.If payment is not received within a maximum of 2 months since the draft stage, I will automatically cancel your commission. You have no right to ask me to continue, and you will not receive any file.If we are not able to contact in six months, I'll automatically cancel the commission.Commissions might be postponed due to my health issues, unexpected circumstances, etc... If there is any problems with the schedule, I will make an announcement.Do not use my arts to train AI.Payment via PayPal, Ko-fi, Mastercard, VGen or domestic funds transfer.
